Fitness Friday…the challenge moves

Sometimes you do moves that aren’t your favorites when working out. I don’t love to do every single move when I’m doing hiit cardio but I know that they are good for me so I do them. And I don’t not like them, I just know they are hard on my muscles! Do you guys have moves that you don’t like to do but do them anyway? I like to challenge myself and some of these moves have actually become my favorites. I used to dislike mountain climbers but now I really Like them!! So here are a few moves that I like to do to challenge myself like jumping lundges, side planks and lateral jumps to show you a few. Happy Fitness Friday!
