Are two things that sometimes get left off in your workout. So here is a quick Fitness Friday post with a few Pilates ab exercises and some easy stretches that can be done anywhere. And I’m doing it all in my shop local Gazelle Sports outfit! I love how comfortable these pants are and this top is a great layering top that can be worn to workout in or run errands around town.
Take a look at some of these ab exercises. My favorites are the teaser, double leg stretch, single leg stretch and sissors. Do three sets of 12 for a quick and effective ab workout. I sometimes like to do a ladder where you start with 10 reps and go down to 8, then 6, etc…. Happy Fitness Friday and have a wonderful weekend!
