The snow has finally all melted outside and I couldn’t be more excited! Exercise is always available to us when the weather is nice. A walk, a bike ride or a run is at our fingertips and the sun and warmer air always puts me in a better mood. It also means its time to get in shape for summer. Which for some people can be a daunting task. I have the perfect idea for all of you. If you haven’t tried Pilates this is the year to do it. Pilates is a great way to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. It helps build a stronger body and core. I could talk to you all day about the benefits of Pilates but you’ll have to try it for yourself. Look for a studio near you and give it a try.
